Getting started

From sign-up to first fare.

Sign up in the app
Register with your mobile number and an OTP, then fill in your details.

Upload your documents
Aadhaar, driving licence, vehicle RC, vehicle and bank details, and a profile photo.

Go online
Switch online when you want to drive and you will see ride requests near you.

Accept and earn
With an active subscription, accept a ride, start it with the rider's OTP, and collect the fare.

Cancelling after you accept carries a penalty. The rider stopped searching when you accepted, so dropping the ride leaves her waiting. Cancel before you accept, not after.

Insurance, PUC and fitness certificates can be added too. PinkRide currently runs in Mumbai only.
